Excellent Way to withdraw funds from Paypal and make them reach Faster !

Hello Everyone,

I just treaded over a new way of withdrawing funds from paypal and make them reach you faster. ( This might not be the first time some of you notice it but it will help those who dont know )

Step 1 : Register at Xoom
Step 2 : Send money thru Xoom to your name or your company's name*
Step 3 : Fund it Through your paypal account.

Result : You recieve the money in 4 days flat via courier ( I am in India - and they have other options like bank transfer which takes only 3 working days and the money is in your account ).

Benefits :
1) Money reaches much faster - paypal takes anything between 10 - 30 days.
2) The exchange rate is higher at xoom - i recieved more money compared to paypal.

For eg :
If i withdraw 500 $ from paypal - they deduct 5 $ fees and the exchange rate today was 43.48 which comes to 21,522 INR for 495 $ - this is what i would have recieved via paypal after about 15 days.

At Xoom - they charge a fee of 8 $ and the exchange rate today was 43.94 which comes to 21,618 INR for 492 $ - this is what i will recieve in just 4 days flat !!

Things to remember :

Xoom has fee structure in slabs - till 500 $ its 8 $, above 500 $ its 13 $ - so keep that in mind !!

* If you withdraw money in your name - you will have to confirm that via email with a Xoom executive for security reasons.

Most importantly - its the same money that i am withdrawing but recieving it faster and more too !!

Thats a Double Whammy !! I hope this is useful to all the fellow Indian friends and also to some of the other DP members who are in a different country.

Yes your are right I received it within days whereas a paypal check would take more than 20 days

but be sure that you register at Xoom with an foreign address( address should not be from India)

 

Looks faster method,But Why should i register at Xoom with an foreign address.
I am from india cant i use indian address.

Now for xoom i have indian account. Should i del it and make it US or anyother foreign coutry name so that it can work for me.


Which name should i use for both ?

 

i am doubtful whether Paypal allows this kind of transaction for withdrawal for money.

xoom des not allow recipient and sender from same country by law. How did you withdraw money? Is it possible?

 

If i send money via xoom to someone in india. how will he get money by insta cash and how will i be able to select that option ?

you can use Xoom safely to withdraw as paypal cannot ban you for using Xoom

the only difference between paypal and Xoom is

with Xoom you can get the money quicker where as for paypal it takes 25 to 30 days
