What's with you guys? It's Australia!!! You have the link so you can see all the other photos the kid took on his holiday to Australia. No need to boast that "i know every rock in Turkey and it's not there" or question if it's real. From the layout and content of that photo gallery it's highly unlikely that any prank is being played.
I am from Arizona ..and looks fairly correct. Except it seems to be layerd and edited at the top. I would not bet on it.. or swear on in court... but it just seems odd. to grouped per-say. ;0)
What I am really curious about is the place. If someone lived there, do you think they have access to the internet so we can still flame threads on DP? If they didn't, I have no plans of living there.
The blue sky is the atmosphere most deserts have. Clouds form with water evaporates. Looking at the photo, there's not much bodies of water that I can think of that would be in that place anyway. Or I may be wrong of course. I've never been there
j4s0n : we had the same theory. But honestly though, Mars does not have any atmosphere so it's too impossible to actually see blue skies like that. Mar's is all yellow and red as seen on National Geographic.
