video ad network that pay with payza

    there is a video ad network(or video sharing site that share profits from the ads they put on your video) that works with payza? i don't have bank account or paypal.
    and about owining of the video, should i allways own the video? every service require that?, what if i say that i do own the video and its have a logo of another site? can i say that i have a permission to upload from the owners? do they realy check this kind of stuff?

    don't realy know what is it... i am planning of making a site on wordpress.com and put the videos there(embeded or not) and there is no real option to add things to the codes or anything like that to the site

    h12-media.com is good choice for in-video ads. but h12-media don't accept payza :(

    Yes. i have an unverified paypal account ;)
    it is good for LOW amount. also you can use unverified paypal account for LOW amount (less than 100$).

    * don't change your IP for an unverified paypal account in paypal.com.
    if you change your ip = Limit
