Using 10 pop network in your website, which means your website is overcrowded with ads and poor advertiser who is getting that traffic getting cheated nothing else, and paying you for free, what else you expect from them ? Work with quality traffic and you will see CPM rate increase itself, advertiser buy traffic for making profit and if they do not make profit from your traffic then you get better rate.
i have more than 2 sites and using propellerads in my movie site and not using at it another network. sorry my english is not good

Niche= Website Category A niche market, is the subset of the market on which a specific product is focused. So your website niche is Entertainment.
I am wondering if there is similar CPM for other publishers also in other networks... this is even more than PPI networks can offer.
Niche can be also translated to 'vertical' or 'channel'. As for the CPM, things like that can happen when a campaign that has high rate (probably like the one in this case) converts with low amount of traffic. It's is rear but happens from time to time. In my opinion it's just too little amount of traffic to understand the potential.
the rates are not totally dependent on the niche. they are also dependent on the visitors. if your visitor fits the demographic of the advertiser, the CPM rates will be high. But this depends and varies on RTB vs direct advertisers. If the network is RTB based, the ads will depend heavily on the visitor demographic.
