Can you quote a price for those 1000 words please? Yes, I know writers are supposed to make an offer first, but when you say you're looking for the "best lowest price", it becomes a bit confusing for the writers when you don't specify a price range. Thanks.
I never understand what a client is asking for when they ask for the "best lowest price". This isn't a car dealership. Clients should be charged based on your own conditions and the work required. The price I could offer for content like that is $30 per 1,000 words and that doesn't include images. I don't want to be the bad news bear but successful people aren't successful because they offer the lowest price. Top ranking websites also don't just simply re-write another website's content either or hire "best lowest price" writers. To each their own though. If you ever get tired of penny chasers and tired of spun/copied content from the cheap writers, I'll be available.
Probably clients that never or seldom advertise their requirements publicly and contact the good writers privately.
I understand the doubts, seeing as this place is like a freelancing street corner but there are clients who do. You really just have to separate yourselves from these penny chasers and let them keep trying out the cheap writers they keep pursuing. You cannot progress your personal progress or business off of those clients and making a living would be an utter nightmare. $30 per article clients don't really stick around when most of the posts they see are broken English applicants in a bidding war for a $4 job. To answer your question though, yes, they are here.
I've found interesting infographic contains list of books, which can be helpful during writing your essey. Good luck! http://divante.co/blog/books-startup-founders-read/
