    Registered,put some ads on,ads were just advertising goals media and nothing else,stats weren't showing/updating.

    Sorry, but if I can't find office address, phone numbers etc on company pages, I don't trust that kind of company.

    And your site looks pretty unprofessional for some ad network company (ex: large banner below header on home page, submit button on contact page).

    So I would say no to this network at this point.

    As you said, those were just suggestions wrapped in my opinion.
    It would be nice that you put info about your company on your websites. Office address, phone number, some real people names working at your company etc.
