Guys, Before few days I took handover for some projects and I am doing SEO for the same. After checking his websites I found that his work is not satisfactory from SEO point of view. Few days back I did some changes on on site but didnt worked out. So now I have decided to change full on page. Need you guys suggestions on it. Does it gonna harm site if I change it again? Please share you views and tips. Thanks.
If your changes is positive then no issue and one more thing Google always link fresh content and updated websites.
Dear Rohit, Yes that is definitely harmful for your website because Google crawler count each task of the On-page optimization and index. On-page optimization is the foundation of the website so if you will change On-page then may be loss your keywords ranking. Be carefully.
It depends exactly what you choose. For example if you choose meta tags or add alt tags for images, it shouldn't be any problem.. A problem can become real if you change for example the title or the silo structure!
Why would you change the on page of the whole website? Have you set your targeted keywords that you want to rank for? How well are your keywords ranking on SERP's? If you could share your website URL, I might have a better suggestion.
Rohit Shelar, are you sure this time your changes will work? Changes on On-page do not give suddenly result. If your site is already ranking on some keywords and if do changes on these keywords then definitely it is harmful for your site. Before go for it, you should know its pros and cons. Many seo experts have written many articles on this subject, just search in Google and know their view.
Shawn, Yes, I am ready to face the previous ranking loss because it is equals to nothing. Hope, Except these there wont be any issue on this.
