My Payoneer is Blocked

    Hello Everyone This is my first thread here !
    I am facing a problem with my payoneer account
    It is blocked and i can't use it right away i am a newbie to freelancing as well and my payments are from there anyway
    === > I know my account username
    === > I know my account password
    === > I don't know the security questions (who remember her spouse birthday i mean comeon ! I forgot people forget right)
    p.s My Account is blocked right now
    But I have the card with me ... which was shipped in like 2 to 3 days
    anyway I have tried their customer support I replied them like hundred time Chat support
    Live call and blah blah no one's helping me out I guess you guys might have the solution to this problem ... Guys Help me

    Why the heck would you choose security questions that you will instantly forget? I am glad they blocked your account because I seriously doubt you'd be doing any cashing out at all.

    Can you contact payoneer support and explain your situation, they can verify you are who you say you are by sending you a new card and have you activate it since they have your address on file

    I had the same experience with my FIVERR payoneer. What I did I personally called their support. As required, I sent them a photo of myself holding my valid ID.

    If you forget your spouse's birthday, I think that a blocked payoneer account is the least of your problems :D

    Its not a big issue like you are thinking. Dont take tension and solve it in smart way, they provide full support to customers, you should contact them from right way and explain all things. I am sure they will solve issue after some verification.

    The reason of blocking is not clear? there is difference between Ban and block, maybe your card/account is banned, your recent transaction can give clear answer how it get blocked / banned :)
