Okay replying to my post of April 10. Left WP, too complicated, opted for Blogger. Setup nice template as Amazon Affiliate. Only been 2 weeks but have 200 views and consider that a decent start. Haven't figured out if there is a way to see if any of those blog views clicked on an ad but will try to figure that out. Here is the thing...a niche that is where your interest lies is key. I have 3 posts so far(averaging 2 per week) that are based on my experience and passion. It is, in fact, the name of my blog, Pet Passion. My ads are all pet related. Will I make money? Very much expect to. At this point though would appreciate an experienced eye to see if the blog is first eye appealing...ads arranged in sync properly with posts...pro or con...all feedback is welcome: http://www.yourpetshopa-z.blogspot.com

Make a group on facebook. Name it something like "Awesome Amazon Products". Make some FB accs, add some friends, invite to groups". Post your amazon link there.

I've heard about notes on FB groups. I suppose, if I promote my site (not Amazon Product page with my link) with this FB notes, the text of this note must be unique and must not be a part of product review on my site, right? I planned to write short note on each product (~800 words) with a link to a product review on my site. Will this technique work? Or it's a bad idea? Thanks.

 

There are many good advises i have found here, apart from that offer you product at best price that means, compare with your competitor how much price they fixed on each product.

I always start VERY niche and scale up. If its niche and a hot item I spend a few hours SEO. I use wordpress and a clean theme, insert the usual pages and include related niche items to the main product i am selling. The problem is always..........greed. People want to sell kindles or iphones via amazon..........SEO is way to hard to hit those keywords, Go with slight longtail products and include a color. Such as "RED MICROWAVE". These type of terms are easy to SEO and most of all are BUYING Keywords

Create a simple wordpress website. Add your products to it and create back links. You can post your page on various social networking sites as well.
