    Hi There
Today I receive an email from .
    Sub:-
    Critical Information Regarding Your Account

You have recently updated your PayPal© account according to our standard security procedures.

Unfortunately the update procedure failed because some of the information you provided was incorrect.

Please take 5-10 minutes out of your online experience and update your personal records.

However, failure to update your records will result in account suspension.

I am confused it is a spam or real info?
please any experienced user can help me regarding this?
    thanks!

Were there any links to PayPal's site? If so, do NOT click on them. Go to their site and use the contact form. Most likely it is what is known as a Phishing scam. Never click on any email links when you doubt the "trueness" of it. Also, ALL of PayPal's links will ALWAYS lead to https://www.paypal.com - never anywhere else.

I don't know. But to make sure that you won't get hacked just don't follow or click any link they've provided in email. Login to paypal.com directly.

So this is clearly phishing. Plus if they provide links it i something that you should be aware of. Don't click on it.

    Yes, I would say so.

Besides, I have never heard of PayPal sending emails for corrections. PayPal is very large and I do not think it's system would let you make such mistakes, and even it there were a glitch, it would be system wide.

Besides, like I said, if you are ever unsure, simply login directly to PayPal's website by manually typing in it's SECURE url into your browser address bar (https://www.paypal.com
