Nice looking site Ashish!

I would have liked to see the 'how it works' and 'faq' links prominently displayed near the top of the page... but that's just me.

 

I would try and minimize it as much as possible. Also, the map takes a while to load, why not use just the image instead of the interactive map?

You should try and clean it up as much as possible - here is something I came up with:
