Popular threads on index showing a 2009 thread with no new replies

    Hey,

    A thread from 2009 is showing on the index as a popular thread, only has 2 replies and both were in 2009, not sure why its showing up as popular?

    I thought it was something that just happened

    maybe lots of people are reading it; maybe it ranks high in the search engines and gets lots of traffic. Depends on what is the metric used to determine "popularity"
