I really like your most recent attempt but still feel like this is the best solution.

I would like to see the "monopoly pieces" removed from "URBAN" and maybe do something like this with the skyline inside the word "URBAN".

    https://urbanimg.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/urban-img-logo-finished-web-blue1.png

Just using that as an example.

Kind of do what you did the first time, but make it a little more subtle or shape those "monoply pieces" to be a little more skyline-ish because I do like what you did there. And I like the subtlty of it. I would start there first and try to reshape what you had already done to look like a skyline if possible.

I just want it to be known that it's a part of the logo but doesn't have to be apart of it for it to look good.

If you can't reshape to make look skyline-ish, maybe put a skyline in at the bottom of those letters in the form of a shadow or some kind of off color or a different shade of blue, I don't know. Nothing too distracting. You'll have to play around it.

    I hope this makes sense.

I really like both logos...just not for me. I want the logo to be more about the font and the style of that font being used when background is not in play as I don't plan on having background on every product that I plan to put logo on.

I feel that without the background, the font style you used wouldn't stand out or be memorable enough.

    But thanks for entering.

I think I'm about to close the contest and go with you...

but I really want to somehow keep the skyline intact or at least a part of intact even minimally.

Maybe put a skyline between the "A" and the "N" in addition to what you already did with the "R" because I like your re-shapening (if this is a word, lol) of the buildings. The gap in the "A" kind of looks like the top of a skyscraper so play with that a little and maybe put a couple of smaller buildings in there at the bottom right of the "A" that works its way over to the "N" without making it too obvious. Try to retain the letters true shape as much as possible. But I think that'll do it.

And I like the placement of the "THE" like you originally had it. Just get rid of the building top on the "U" and slide "THE" over.

Can you also show me logo with my tagline "Your City. Your World. Your Twist." and one without.

    Thanks!

I like this logo but it's too much like my old logo although you cleared out the word "URBAN". I'm trying to go towards a newer and fresher look that looks good in print and on stationary...I want my logo to be more text based, meaning that if I were to remove the skyscrapers and skyline, how would it look?

I appreciate the effort but too much like one of my old logos and not what I'm looking for.

    Thanks!

I'm picking @iulia87 as the winner...

There's no need to submit any further entries although I appreciated each and everyone of your efforts. There's a couple of small mods I still need done but think that she can pull them off. :)

We'll update the board when transaction and everything goes through.

    Thanks again for entering!
