this guy is calling me a scammer because I refused to do business with him after he asked me to transfer him my license by giving him my email account and password instead of following the standard procedure imposed by the license

Operators you need to ban him, the rules say "don't cheat" and this guy is at least a cheater, if not a scammer

 

Your friend already got banned mr and you are in coherts with that guy so gonna be banned pretty soon.
I have never cheated anyone you on the other hand try and scam people by asking them to send you money under the guise that you will send a license a week later. THAT sir is a scam anyone you know as you are the scammer.

ill keep informing everyone about who you are so pointless trying to post on this forum and scam people ill warn them ahead of time.

 

don't give him your email address and password
once you do that he will file a dispute on paypal, and get refund since paypal always refund on dispute

after he has your email account there's no way you'll get back your license, vbulletin will assume he is the legitimate owner, and you can only blame yourself, you've been warned

never deal with someone who doesn't want to follow the standard procedures, these procedures are there to protect you
