    There are too much spaces below the right sidebar. you can either limit the number of posts to be displayed or simply add more widgets for that spaces. it might be good to use a name instead of using backlinkinsider as the author.

    Just had a quick browse through your content, I didn't notice anything which isn't covered by every other IM blog going. Your running an internet marketing blog and your not even cloaking your affiliate links, just direct linking. Are you sure you know enough about internet marketing to be running a blog about it? Not being horrible, just being honest.

    Make titles e.g. RELATED POSTS more hight and links in right sidebars more small and add margin between than links, because its very hard understand when one link ended and started other.

    Its hard to get valued traffic with this domain. Also its hard to target the keywords.
