    if you are using RevenueHits, then you need to work on some seo and social uplift to get some good converting traffic to your site.

    Following this advice your CPM would be $0

    Maybe low cause you sent them fake traffic and they are performance based? and on any RTB based platform, 12 days is not "a time" its really not enough time.

    You're delivering more clicks than impressions. It's really not hard to see that.
    So either you're clicking your own ads or you're running a clickbot/clickfarm.
