    easiest way to recover is restore the most recent backup,
    install security plugins like Bulletproof security or iThemes Security and scan your whole website
    then re-publish the recent posts which were made after the backup date.

    You need to track down were it is coming from. Set the default theme and disable all plugins. Re-enable everything one by one until you find the culprit. If when you disable everything it is still showing it, check your database for anything strange.

    i have checked everything. Using the latest WP and plugins. But I dont have information about where to check the database?

    Basically, what you do is as follows: disable all plugins, uninstall them. Then you uninstall all but one theme, and either download some temporary theme or re-upload your current theme via FTP (not from the wp-admin). After doing that, if the problem still exist, it's embedded into the core-files, and you'll have to reinstall Wordpress. If THAT doesn't help, the malignent content is stored in the database, in the posts themselves, and you'll have to go through all the content on the page.

    You need to check on some measures in order to resolve this problem.
    1) Try to identify the hack.
    2) Malware Removal.
    3) Change secret keys in your website.
    4) Change the Password.
    5) Use Sucuri application for managing website firewall and monitoring system.

    You need to login to Wordpress and change it in general setting of Wordpress from Dashboard OR Just login to your hosting panel > PhpMyAdmin > wp_options has the Title and description of the blog. Just edit from there. IF your wordpress has a redirect too. Just look for any suspicious code in your Wordpress html source code.

    WordFence is a great product to find vulnerabilities and may be able to identify changes to code. Been a big help to me when I'm fixing client websites that have been hacked.

    Great answer! I had about 20 wordpress sites. I have been hacked also. Most of the time core files were damaged.
    So what I was doing:
    • I made a folder (old files) and moved all the files in to it.
    • Then I upload fresh version of wordpress.
    • Move back from the folder (old files) theme directory and wp-config.php
    • See what happens
    For me it worked well. If everything is ok, install security plugin wp security ninja, or wp fence.
