Today I found HostMantis $2.49 per month, but after creating my order and paying, they flagged my transaction as Fraud and even after I emailed them asking how to prove my order, they simply said "We have manually reviewed your order and we have decided we cannot approve it at this time." I'm quite angry at them right now. Not because I didn't get the hosting account, but because with no explanations they said I was fraud and didn't even give me a chance to do anything about it. I would have happily sent them my ID copies or whatever...

Thanks for your input. But I just need some cheap hosting to put a large number domains on, set up some small sites and get them indexed. I'm not going to build large sites or keep my own sites on this hosting account. Free WP hosting is out of the question here
