Hello Im Currently looking for dedicated servers to start a global streaming platform. servers in +20 countries I need E5-2690v2 or E5-2630v2 in each location with minimum 384GB RAM DDR3 Any recommendation for Russia/Ukraine?I have softlayer & voxility for Europe/US locations. i need good latency Thank you
I saw the similar post on another forum as well, but the only difference, OP is asking here recommendation about the European service provider, there he is asking about Brazil based hosting company. I don’t understand what exactly he wants. Softlayer’s and Voxility’s network across the globe is well known. And as far as the latency is a concerned issue, then one can use the CDN service like CloudFlare.
Not asking about an European service provider. I am good with softlayer & voxility in their locations in US, Europe and Asia. I am looking to lower latency for visitors from Brazil mostly, by hosting with a local dedicated server provider. not interested in over priced cloud such AWS or Azzure. Txs
Hey Tom, can I ask you what kind of budget do you have for such project? 384GB Ram? how much do you want to spend?
Around $1100 I pay for hardware with Voxility in 6 datacentrs. With Softlayer I pay more, so I understand the limitation for South America. Do you know any provider for these specs?
Various websites are available who are providing good quality of streaming services, you just go for server server room which is a best website for providing the high quality streaming service and also provide a great dedicated server which are best for providing a global streaming platform.
Thx. Guys. For now I believe Softlayer and Voxility cover very well Europe, US and Asia. I would not change their servers. I am more interested in other countries from South America, Central America, Africa etc.
Depending on what country you live in, it may be very difficult getting any kind of service in Russia/Ukraine due to sanctions that the US has put in place. Any american caught doing business with Russia can get a court marshal. As these are UN sanctions, I do believe that it is any country that falls under the UN, however I may be mistaken.
American. I should study on this. Thanks for the heads up. Hosting providers should offer such details themselves
Maybe those from Temok.com can be of help. They say to have data center in Russia, Moscow. Prices are more than acceptable, while offering 24/7 support and high uptime.
If you can find a deal for 6 servers for $1,100 per month at that much RAM? Let me know where you got them from! I'd be a customer for sure!
