    Why are you selling this site?
    Looking to flip these sites as I no longer have time.

    How is it monetized?
    Popads / Bidvertiser / Adsense

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    1-3 hours a day. Sites are ranking in Google, I will provide a list of keywords and searches upon sale. This network has 9 other domains with it. You will also get 3 x premium high CTR themes with this network. Fully designed by myself so you will never have an issue with cloning.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Nothing.

    Sure I usually spend 1-3 hours a day analyzing revenue comparing it and optimizing Adsense placements.
    I also spend this time on link building, forum promotion and top site submissions.

    No legal issues at all, I usually go around and block porn / illegal sites every now and again to ease the bandwidth.
