I just now created an account with myadsnet.com and created a campagin and paid $15 but my campaign is not showing up!! Contacted Alex, and he has not responded to me even after several pings!! What kind of service is this? Alex help me please!! This is SUPER URGENT...

Everything is not sorted out!! We paid $15 and we got ZERO calls...over that I have reffered one of my friend Alex Hopper to myadsnet, he spent $100, and he too got ZERO call!! Yes I agree you sell traffic, but that does not mean you start selling bot traffic. I demand $15 instant REFUND ASAP as I feel being cheated...Money does not come for Free!!

 

There are many customers pleased with our service. Our job is to advertise, help in campaign creation and optimization. We do not guarantee leads whatsoever, we are not a CPL or CPS platform.

If you spent $100 in Adwords and the same thing happened do you think that they would refund you?

No network give you guarantee for conversion not even adword, though I agree that you should not be paying for fake traffic either, so if you have received fake traffic you should have some way to prove it and ad network should refund you or credit you for that traffic, I would suggest you discussing all details with them and try to work.

If Myadnet sent you good quality traffic then they should not have problem providing you all logs, just check it and if you find anything fake then they should credit or refund your money.

 

We permanently ban all publishers who use any botting schemes, we are always tracking their traffic and we block their IPs. It is not in our interest to allow fake traffic because it does not bring us any benefits. We want to keep regular advertisers and deliver genuine traffic, so that everyone is pleased with our service.

 

Just curious, is this your policy to post details about your publishers logs in open forum ?

This is weird and I see such practice from an ad network first time, I don't think so any good network will ever do that.

 

These logs are for information purposes only and transparency. We want to prove publicly that the traffic is genuine, there is no question about it. We do not disclose any of our publishers credentials, we have a strict policy about this.

 

How it helps understand if that traffic is genuine or bot ?

 

We follow weekly and daily earnings and analytics. Any sudden, suspicious increase in traffic is investigated.

He should actually post the full urls and any proof he has that they are sending fake traffic. I think its about time ad networks call out publishers who try to scam them...
