If you apply for YPN will they reject you if you have Google ads on your site?

I was under the understanding that having YPN and Google Adsense on the same page is against Adsense TOS, as both context driven advertisements.

I only allow one or the other at a time within a page.

Yeah i haven't seen a site with both ads of google and yahoo , well maybe really huge site but sites within 10k unique per day i don't think you can do that.

you can only have 1 or the other on a particular page. the question was if he already had adsense on the site if they would reject his application for ypn. the answer, as maxs said, is no they wont. but if you put both adsense and ypn on the same page you will likely see both your accounts terminated (regardless of how "huge" your site is).

Both Google and Yahoo say it is a NO -- NO
on the same page. But you can have different pages for Yahoo and Different pages for Google and that is allowed.

They only want page level Exclusivity.

    Thanks

Definately geotargeting is the best solution. You get the YPN money for US traffic and Adsense for the rest.

You can still get in, just use Geo-targeting, YPN for USA traffic and adsense for the rest

I can't see why that would matter.
What matters is if they will accept your site.
It needs at a minimum, to pass their visual inspection.

Then it needs to stay legit after you are in.
