    Guys, I have got some bad news.
    First, this month PIP will be on Monday i.e, Tomorrow.
    Second, the same thing will repeat on March as well, 21 & 22 are weekends on March too :p
    And same will happen on November :(

    No PIP in Michigan. I'm not surprised though. It's the weekend and February is such a short month. Everything will start tomorrow and MIB soon. Rents almost due!

    Looking back to November, the 21st was a Friday and PIP didn't start til Monday. I'm still optimistic that PIP will start tonight. There is just no rhyme or reason anymore.

    Well, well, well. PIP Texas
    Should have MIB Tuesday.
    There was a time when i did get PIP Sunday and MIB Monday but that was before processing started taking 48 hours. I only got 24 hour turnaround once last year.
