Looks like a nice site. There are so many factors, care to share the domain? A website/domain is worth whatever a person is willing to pay for it. I would base it on how much the site is making annually, not so much on potential. Goodluck!
For a 5yo domain the stats are not so great, especially the DA and PA. You can try some domainers valuating your name in the appropriate forums (NamePros being one) but apart from that I'd say you shouldn't trust appraisals at all. The domain is as valuable as you can make it for the end user. It goes down to your sales and marketing skills. The domain might be worth reg fee and you can still sell it for a couple thousand (and vice versa). How you approach your prospects will be your make-or-break factor. Will you park the domain? Will you build a website on it? Is it targeting a particular business niche? How will you find interested parties in this niche? How will you approach them? Those are all questions, whose answers will be far more beneficial for you than any appraisal.
Sorry Ron - unless you've had some serious modifications done to your Nexthon appraisal script it'll be making the same mistakes as all the other sites using the scripts. Lets start with page rank being included when it's an obsolete measure... And the trademe website was valued in 2011 at NZ$1.7billion - allowing for the exchange rate and the passage of time I still think your tool is way out.
