    Hi,

My name is Aleksandr Noudelman and I have a few websites. I don't know about anyone else, but Google is very strict when it comes to the acceptance. Once you're in, it really does not go around to check the content and whether it is questionable. Big sites like Listverse.com get away with it because they give Google the most money. Double standard if you ask me.

Big sites are probably premium publishers and as such negotiate their own terms and conditions, so they getting away with nothing. They are doing exactly what they agreed with Google to do.
