Best "City Site" script

What/which is the very best "City Site" script with great features available at this time?

I can not understand ; what is "City Site" ?
what features do you need ?
Real Estate ,Blog, classifieds or .......?

 

Apologies for not being clear.

A City Site would have at its heart a video site auto-grabbing all videos related to the City, along with the Twitter feeds and all other social media related to the city displayed in real time.
Of course there would be comprehensive information about the City available under categories such as Hotels, Restaurants, Businesses and many other such categories.

The important thing is to have a really great design for the City Site so that all of the information is displayed on the site in a user friendly and uncluttered design.

Obviously the design has to backed up by a good back-end, using may be PHP & MySql or JScript etc

For example I am urgently looking for such a web site for Las Vegas and would be happy to pay good money for the best design and the script behind the design.

Well you are right but not entirely so

The script for what my client needs does not exist in the way that he wants at this time.

BUT there are a number of tried and tested basic City scripts which could provide the basic platform on which the required features could be added.

Sadly one does not find lots of real coders on DP who can do this now a days, as most "coders" here work with the lazy editors such as wordpress, joomla etc.

That is not what any of my clients want.

You are right that a lot of people insist on starting from wordpress and trying to customize it.

What is the value of a script specifically not being built on top of a CMS?
