I think you had best put the bottle down.... Its truelly worthless as it changes constantly.

PR is much complicated than this

 

Can anyone explain what it means when all the PR prediction tools say that my page rank is unknown or cannot determine?

 

your site is new with 0PR and not enough back links

do some link building and link exchange then u will see PR1 pr 2 or 3 coming

 

iwebtool pr prediction sux with big S, i have at my site pr3 and the stupid script says cannot determine, 2 days ago it said predicted pr its 4 at an other domain and now it sais cannot determine
mostly i liked that fun tool with the apples posted above (added rep)

Site is about 3 months old and as iwebtool says, I have about 700 links coming in including 1 PR5 1 PR4 1 PR3

 

Don't trust such tools. It is only for fun. The pr calculation is much more complex I would say.

 

IF u have a lot of time to waste i sugest to pass more time on prediction tool , if u dont , just dont waste ur time with it , it dont even worth 2 cents .

 

The one I found from google was http://www.pagerankprediction.com/. I found it interesting, Atleast it showed me my correct PR.

I believe this is just a denomination of thr iwebtool pagerank prediction.

 

most of the pagerank prediction tools fluctuate frequently .. i wouldn't rely on them too much.

 

iwebtool is indeed the best, but like autorave said, don't rely on this services, they are not accurate, and the PR update can flutuate alot.
