    1.Did you EVER embedded google analytics onto the site ?
    2.Had you ever monetized the site with adsense,amazon,clickbank or other affiliate programs?
    3.Is the site on the adsense blacklist?

    I appreciate the questions and have answered them below :).

    1.Did you EVER embedded google analytics onto the site ?
    - Yes.
    2.Had you ever monetized the site with adsense,amazon,clickbank or other affiliate programs?
    - I don't remember using adsense on the site but it does have amazon product banners on relevant posts and I did earn some commissions over the last year. it's not much maybe $30-50.
    3.Is the site on the adsense blacklist?
    - Nope, it's not a banned site on adsense. I could add adsense to the site in case you want to see.

    Thanks for pointing out. I copied the sales copy from my previous listing and forgot to delete that part from the body. I have removed it from the body of OP :)
