It IS indeed against PayPal's TOS, that's why they are cracking down on it. It only makes sense. Verification is not effective if just anyone can become verified with no security measures in place.

As for your 3 Day Guarantee... what good does that do for someone if it takes up to 3 days alone just to receive the verification number? Why not offer a 30 day guarantee? And what if a persons account becomes frozen for using a VCC, how do you protect your buyers against that?

Again, I am NOT trying to flame this thread, nor am I trying to kill your business... I just think people should know all the risks involved with VCC's.

Case IN Point: A client of mine used a VCC and after about a week, once PayPal realized it, they froze his account. What good would your 3 day guarantee do in a case like that?

 

C'mon guys, dont be 100% sure that PayPal wont froze your acount even after verification. AT DP, there are a lot of members who want their paypal verified but thats not possible due to some reason. SO why do we are posting such things here to get his business down?

Its up to us. We dont want to get a Credit Card from the bank and if someone sells VCC, we say its illegal and still they are asking how to they verify. People dont think PayPal will come at your home to verify you addres etc. etc. They have a lot of work to do than this!
