About spam traffic

    I suffered some spam traffic(darodar.com/ilovevitaly.com/priceg.com) on my website these days. I searched a tutorial and set the filtration in GA. But I have some doubts about this.

    A. Why they choose my website?
    B. What’s their purpose?
    C. Will there be any bad affect to my site search or anything else when I filtrate these spam site?
