refuse to paypal negative balance

    ok so i am in Canada and i sold a phone on ebay for 200$ after about 4 weeks after i shipped the phone (the shipping was supposed to take 6-8 weeks) the buyer from Hungary opened a paypal case saying he never received the phone and he refused to wait so paypal of course refunded him but before the reversed the transaction i took the money out of paypal so no i have a -200 Paypal balance my bank is linked with Paypal so my question is can i not pay them back after being scammed for a phone and now $200.... help

    Provide them (paypal) shipping details as well as contact them over phone and let them know of everything about this.

    I have done so paypal says its out of there hands because i didnto buy a shipping id :(

    Too bad . It happened to me once and I had just to settle the negative balance since I did not want to loose my account. The transaction was for $300 so I lost all.

    create a new stealth PP (not in your name) and start selling again. so far you've only lost the phone. do you also want to waste 200 USD refunding PP?
