    vBulletin used to be good... so if you have a time machine and can go back 10 years in time, that would be your best option.

    I know very good Forumotion, it's working on PhpBB as far as I know. It's a great platform , it's very easy to make a forum but you have also a lot of possibilities to customize. I like it very much

    Anyway best premium forum platforms are IP.Board, XenForo, vBulletin, Vanilla Forums and free phpBB, Simple Machines Forum, MyBB.
