Bug Domain Verification Doesn't Work

    I bought 'Spy' brand free back in May. But I cannot install it because the domain verification falls over. Could this be sorted please or a refund arranged. Thanks

    Would need more info... for example what verification method you are using, what he domain is, etc.

    I'm using your domain verification that shows up in my marketplace it says

    You have not listed your domain(s) for your branding-free license yet.

    Whatever domain I place here I get a fail
    Domain verification failed for motorhomefun.co.uk
    Domain verification failed for cnn.com
    Domain verification failed for bbc.co.uk

    I have absolutely no idea. I purchased the mod as I wanted it Brand Free, when I go to download it it asks me to verify the domain for the branding-free licence, and produces a box and invites me to type the domain, this process fails over and over. what other kind of verification methods are there? I just see this one.

    If you put the domain into the field and then move the cursor out (but don't submit), does it kick back an error next to the field? If so, what does it say?

    Thanks Shawn, I got there. What I did was add couple of domains, this then threw the error message up that had been missing before. All verified now- Cheers
