For sale here is my recently acquired domain and site monsterhighplaza.com a Monster High games fan site. The site runs on WordPress and uses MyArcadePlugin to easily add/import new games/videos posts etc for fans of Monster High to play and watch. It is currently using the amazing new free WordPress arcade theme by ArcadePulse.com but also comes with a premium theme. Check out the screenshots attached.

Since owning the site I've added quite a few games to it mostly in the dress up category as the majority of fans are girls and they like them sorts of games but it has some games in other categories already added to the site like cooking games and coloring games and some videos too. All the sites content is unique and the site comes with established profiles and homepages on some of the top social networking sites facebook, twitter, google, tumblr etc.

I think this site originally existed as an Amazon review site and had some old backlinks to it so I registered it and have turned it into a free online Monster High games arcade. :)

    Why buy this website?

You can own your own amazing free and popular Monster High games arcade with the MonsterHighPlaza.com! The search term "monster high" gets searched 3,350,000 times a month. "Monster High games" gets 246,000 monthly. So there is MASSIVE demand for these types of games! You can earn residual income by placing ads on the site and in various other ways as well. Eg; sponsoring games, selling games space, popunders, incentive ads, etc.

    Established and Growing Social Presence

I have done lots of work growing our places on the top social networks facebook, twitter, google+ etc etc. Check the links, we have followers, likes, circles and community profiles that we've posted to and manually worked on. This provides you with a headstart and a good foothold to dominating the search engines for the above keywords through using social networking sites. Just keep going at the same rate we do of 1 new game a day promoted on all the social networks and you cannot fail to rank this site as an authority site in its niche.

We have already started working on growing the Social Profiles/Pages and Fan bases.
We have real Facebook likes and Twitter followers. Real Tumblr followers etc.
This is excellent for you giving you a good foothold to continue growing these.
Doing so will bring in more traffic which in turn equals more money for you!

    twitter.com/MonstersPlaza
    facebook.com/MonsterHighPlaza
    pinterest.com/MonsterHighGame
Monster High Games Plaza on YouTube Channel
    monsterhighplaza.tumblr.com
    and few others.

As said all the logins for these sites will be handed over to you. Along with the sites files and database for you to install on your own hosting account.
Domain registered with namecheap Sun 11/23/2014 to Mon 11/23/2015.
I will push it to your NameCheap account unless you want to use GoDaddy.
You can have this up and running on your host in minutes! :)

You won't find another site like this on here.
This is not one of those cookie cutter sites.
It's a serious arcade in a very popular niche.
You have the chance to change your life with this one site!

    Tons of Games Added!

We have added tons of games to the site already.
These are games of the dress up, cooking, hairdressing and coloring games kind.
It's very easy to add new games and videos to the site from the simple Admin panel.

    2 Quality Themes

The site comes with 2 different themes to choose from.
We have the currently loaded ArcadePulse theme.
This theme is the newest and best free WordPress arcade theme for arcades today.
There is also the Bray Games theme as well. You can choose which one to use.

    Site Monetization Methods

There are tons of ways to monetize and earn residual income from the site.
Firstly, you can use Adsense ads if you have an Google Adsense account.
Secondly, you can use another arcade dedicated advertiser like EpicGameAds, Copacet, Ad4Game, CPMStar etc etc.
You can earn from popups and popunders also. Some places pay up to $10 for 1000 popunders eCPM.
You can earn from sponsoring games and having people pay you to put their games on the site.
Monster High games are very popular and people will pay you to put their games on your site (with their ads in them).
You can also earn from selling Monster High dolls and all things Monster High by using Amazon or another similar affiliate.
Simply blog about some Monster High dolls and put links to Amazon or otherwise with your tracking links to earn extra from.

    Best Bid Wins!

Starting with a low bid price. Put your bid in to win this site.
Domain registered with NameCheap - Will push to your NameCheap account.
All site files and database backed up and download link provided.
I can optionally help you to install this site on your own hosting account.
You can keep it on my hosting account for up to a month if you need.

    Reasons to Buy

Own your own Monster High site! Share or show it off to friends.
Make your friends green with jealousy by owning your own Monster High site!
Give it as a Christmas gift to your son or daughter at Christmas time.
Watch their face light up when you tell them they now own MonsterHighPlaza.com.
Not only do they get the website, but they get the Facebook fan page, Google+ profile, YouTube account, Twitter account, Tumblr account and so on.
Simply give them a Christmas card with this QR Code inside and get them to scan it on their smartphone.
The website will automatically open on their phone. :)
Either that or just keep it for yourself!

So don't delay - put your bid in now!
Any questions just send me a message.
    Happy to help.

Come on put a serious bid in if you want the site instead of $1 increments.
If I dont get a decent price for it I'm not selling it so you may as well.

Rankings have increased for this site. Check the screenshot http://prntscr.com/5jaz6t
A few juicy backlinks and keep adding games for a couple weeks and this site can rank HIGH for these terms.

Sorry Alex my bad. I should have put a reserve price at the start. Have canceled bids and relisted with a reserve now if you'd like to rebid. Drop me a PM for my reserve price.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Regards.

Hi a couple hundred bux really nothing outrageous. Would just like to sell it on now.
Feel I have invested that much of my time in the site with all the work done on it so wouldnt really want to let it go for less than that.
Specially not now I have seen its ranking better for things. Otherwise I'll keep the site until I get that for it.

Feel free to make me an offer to close the sale and take the site. :)

    Mike.

Better to share the reserve here, rather than complain that people aren't giving you the sort of bids you'd like. You also could have increased the increments, you know.

Your posts almost sound threatening, "if you don't give me what I want, I won't sell!" Cool. Then don't sell it. No one is forcing you to auction it off here, my friend.

Thanks for your comments Philadelphia. What posts sound threatening? I'm not threatening anyone lol.

No I did not know you could increase bid increments.

Did you want to know my reserve then or you are just sticking your oar in?

It's not any specific comment, just the overall tone of your posts. This thread just feels hostile.

As for the reserve, yes, I am interested in hearing what it is.

250 is a bit hight considering there is no traffic or revenue claimed? Plus it is a brand new site!
No offence but no one cares how much time you put into the site or any site its all about how much traffic or revenue it generates..

Well it is to the buyer yes but not to me as the seller.
250 is not that high when you consider all the work thats been done on the site and the social networks and how popular the niche is.

If you add up all the work in content written, account creation and social sharing work done on the site it comes to well over $250 worth. Plus it's just one very cool site! :D

And not if you know what you are doing. With a little SEO you can make thousands from this site. Also it is getting more traffic now from search engines and the social networking sites (mostly facebook and google communities) so that will only increase as add more games to it / continue sharing them etc and make this into an authority site in its niche. I believe anyway.

I'm tempted to keep it following all the interest Ive had and carry on with it myself.
I have a big list of games Im working my way through adding. Will give to buyer.

Thanks everybody for your interest and understanding, may the best bidder win!

250 ONO anyway if you know what ONO means.

Hey its Christmas send me your offer!

    Cheers.

Mkcoy: First, let me say that I understand your position. Of course you want to receive compensation for the time and effort you've invested in your site. I think I can speak for everyone here when I say that I see where you're coming from. On the other hand, you must try to understand the perspective of the buyer. Yes, you are able to request whatever amount you think is fair - but I urge you to consider the larger picture when deciding on a price and on whether to sell at all. Countless sites, ideas, and markets have potential but potential doesn't necessarily mean profit. There are so many variables at play. When someone is looking to purchase a site, they are, of course, looking for growth potential, but they are also looking for data that supports the site's ability to tap into that potential in the here and now. In other words, we're looking for traffic and/or revenue.

Without traffic and/or revenue, there is simply no way to justify your asking price. As I mentioned above, I understand how you are reaching your number (time, social networking efforts, niche potential, account creation, etc.) but that, alone, is not what buyers are concerned about. Those things can all add value to your site if you have traffic and/or revenue alongside it. Remember: Many buyers here use a simple 'algorithm' to determine the value of a site: (revenue) * (months) = price; where months is equal to a value between 10 and 14, give or take. That is, by no means, a hard-and-fast rule, but definitely something to give you a general idea.

For an asking price of $250, we would expect about $20/month in revenue, +/- depending on the value-adding features you've mentioned, including social networking presence, unique design/programming elements, etc.

Here's the thing: If you aren't satisfied with what people are willing to pay, you are not obligated to put your site up for auction. Technically, quotealex won your site fair-and-square in your auction and, as far as I understand the rules, you violated a contract with him by unjustly cancelling his bid. However, that's not really any of my concern since I don't make, nor do I enforce, the rules here at DigitalPoint. In the future, be sure to set a reserve price, adjust bid increments, etc. if you aren't willing to accept whatever the natural outcome of the auction may be. If you don't want to sell your site at this time, go ahead and tap into the potential you believe the site has, get some traffic and revenue flowing, and put it up for auction again. Be sure to install Google Analytics and keep records of revenue.
