Will orkut would be next alternative to myspace?

As orkut is growing rapidly,
Will orkut would be next alternative to myspace?

 

I think myspace took the first-mover advantage already on this one, so many more people already have myspace that it would be hard to gain that much of the market share.

orkut may be a competitor, but I don't think they will ever beat myspace.

 

Bebo is quite big in a few countries - bigger than Myspace. Havn't heard the same about Orkut yet.

well they are owned by Google...but I still don't think they will surpass myspace.

 

Orkut is a competitor but its reach is restricted. Most of the users are Brazilians, with a fair amount coming from Asia. May be with time, those figures will change.

But as of now, I do not see Orkut dethroning Myspace.

 

my space is coca-cola ,everyone knows its hard to compete with already established famous site unless you spent huge amt of money but i guess google will spend on it and take over it.and orkut is not so friendly name to remember.

 

orkut is growing rapidly especially in asian countries, dont know how popular my space is here though .
