I dont know. Sent junk traffic, got 0.8$ CPM. Sent my quality US mobile traffic interstitial / dialog and get a mere 0.3$CPM. This sucks.

Not even 0.3$. More like 0.25.

 

what's the default value for parameter 1 (after x seconds) and 2 (after x-th visitor's click) above?

Hello, by default dialog ad opens immediately as soon as visitor comes to your site (parameter 1=0 and parameter 2=0)

 

No need to, support is painfully slow and doesn't really answer the questions.
