We would like to register an affiliate program in your forum to recruit affiliates. The recruitment process will be standard. On reviewing various threads under the Affiliate Programs section in Business & Marketing, I believe, the post will go with an "Official" tag.

In view of the above, I would like to understand -
a) if we can start a conversation to this effect (the post will have information related to the program, product image 1 number and an external link to our sign up page);
b) what would be costs, if any (we do not mind signing up for a Premium membership).

I have not been able to find a suitable response to my queries and thought seeking your advice would be a better option than flouting the Forum rules.

Really your post was so useful . But still i am having one doubt regarding Premium Membership .
I am not an established member but i subscribed a premium membership for monthly basis by paying 25$ yesterday. But still i am not able to start a sales thread in buy/sell section .

Could you please help me in resolving this issue .
