Contest Logo design for shoe company -$35 to winner

Need a logo for a new company called The British Shoe Company

$35 dollars to winner

This is a British Company selling top of the range hand made shoes. I have had a stab at creating the logo just to give you some guidance - see http://www.britishshoecompany.co.uk/

It needs to include the Union Jack Flag and the coat of arms (both attached) and needs to convey high quality.

1. Logo runs for 5 days (will extend if required)
2. No clipart/copyright images please - original designs only
3. Logo must be suitable for web and print
4. Winner will be paid via Paypal
5. If no suitable logo is found, we reserve the right not to appoint a winner

thanks sandi but just to clarify the client wants the full coat of arms/shield and the unions jack flag incorporated into the logo

doesn't convey the high quality nature of the product I'm afraid Luka. Thanks for trying though.
