Looking For Pr 5 Or Higher Profitable Website With Traffic And Sales

Hello Everyone
Well, I still cannot seem to find a web business that is profitable, decent and of good quality. I am NOT looking for a site that gains most of it"s earnings from ypn, or google, but prefer a site that sells a service, or offers a top quality LEGAL product.
I am not interested in the following types of sites so if you have these I am not looking for them : gambling, pornography, or sites that are geared toward hacking or warez , as well as NOT looking for ecommerce items in other words I am not looking for a "store".
I am however looking for a site that sells a service that perhaps offers a membership base to do so, businesses like specialty mail services, specialty software products as well as perhaps a hosting business
(provided it has a great back end and fairly easy to operate)
I am also looking at possibly looking into a gaming site
(only established ones 3 years on the internet)
also I might consider a directory provided it is 3 years on the internet and has many links and page rank of 5 or higher. I am considering some pet related sites and hopefully can find a unique service that is of good use for the internet community and that provides a honest and needed service. Hopefully your business also has a active forum as well.
I have a budget of a maximum of $4,500 usd, and will purchase using only a escrow service such as escrow.com.
If you have a good little business that has great page rank, and is found on msn,yahoo, google and other search engines for various keywords that are related to your business and can provide me traffic and income statistics then please PM me any info as well as a good way to contact you.
