    The first step: I am delete all Sitemaps.
    Step Two: I have installed [Google XML Sitemaps], again.
    The third step: no benefit... why?: Because [Google XML Sitemaps] does not want to create a new Sitemap, a big problem ..

    You don't appear to because the file at http://photo.elsoar.com/sitemap.xml appears to be identical to the file I viewed yesterday.

    So you've used an ftp program to delete the xml files and you've turned on the plugin, right?
    because that file looks the same.
    In the screenshot you gave earlier you had tags turned off but the xml file I'm seeing has them turned on

    Can you give me a screenshot of your http_docs folder

    The screenshot of the plugin page gives the link, and there is a file there but it still includes tag pages which the screenshot says won't be included. Something is odd and it's not your permalinks.

    oh my goodness, I just realised you had an actual robots.txt there rather than letting wordpress generate one on the fly

    I'm no expert but isn't that saying not to index your images?
    And therefore it probably won't index the page whose sole purpose is to display the image?
    Might pay to check that out in https://forums.digitalpoint.com/forums/robots-txt.50/ if you are unsure too

    OK, files deleted AND 140x84.jpg Just thumbnail images, I do not want indexed.
    Now, I can create a new sitemap??, in addition to that it includes new my pages, like: http://photo.elsoar.com/image/45301

    The file is now empty
    so you need to ensure the plugin is active and the right settings are checked.
