    I can assure you it's NOT a scam Please try not to tar everyone with the same brush. I am willing to pay $100 for vbulletin 5 but look as there is so many scams going on, I wish to know the details first so I can check if legal, is transferable and so. I am NOT willing to pay money first for something that maybe a joke. Yes it's my first post, that's because and why I registered here to try and BUY not scam BUY with Paypal (Verified).

    So what do i need to post a 1,000 posts to buy something? I am just here to BUY

    You're asking this guy to legally transfer his license so you can check it if it's valid. Look. I might have been born at night but I wasn't born last night. Neither we're you. You know as well as I do once that thing is transferred...it's done. You can't give it back, he can't seize it back, and even if you choose not to pay him he wont have a license in the end. If I had a dollar for every person who ever assured me something with no reputation and then fell through...I'd be rich. It's up to the OP man but posts like yours anger me because it's exactly what's bringing this community down (and has for about 5 years now).

    You can do what everyone else does to verify. You can trust the information from the OP, you can ask for pictures verifying it, or you can just go ask VB support themselves.
