Contest Logo required for UK's largest weather network

Good morning,

I require a new logo for my UK based weather company. We previously ran a contest on these forums and our current logo is that of the previous winners.

We feel that the logo is now outdated and it is lacking any real branding. I would like numerous sizes (one that fits in the header of the website): http://www.ukweatherforecast.co.uk

And also a size that I can use for marketing promos and also printing on my own t-shirts. So pretty much a logo and a larger resolution version of it (.png) so I can use it on various things.
