Frontend development skill are not really worth much unless you have the kind of server side skills to be able to do end-to-end development or your graphics skills put you on a level with elite designers.

Without details of your skillset, and samples of your work there is no way to assess whether you are equipped to take on web development as a business.

Understand that I can teach a 10 year old to do a decent web page in a couple of hours and most web builder software allows anyone to do a reasonably decent page. S front end alone is not enough.

Sooooo...what exactly do you need then? If you have the development skills why are you asking how you should best build your website, shouldn't this be your forte or am I missing something here?

I'm realy not sure what you are asking for either. Do you need help with the legal contract side; business planning; SEO?

We are going to need some detail about what you need help with.

You can use wordpress to build your site, very simple to use, even a non programmer can build professional looking sites using this CMS.

In the hands of a professional who knows what they are doing, a usable website can be built with Wordpress in spite of its bloated insecure nature. In the hands of someone without real coding skills the best you get is mediocre crap full of non-standard code and errors. the worst you get are pages that make you puke to even look at them.
