The site's PR is stable since the last two PR updates as the links are from high authority sites. The traffic might be less but the site attracts many sponsored post owners. During the past three months, I have sold sponsored posts valuing $150.

Reason for selling the site:

I am a student and I need money for my further studies. I am also gathering money for my dream project. That is the reason I am selling this blog.

Content on the site is 100% unique and written by me. Good on-page and off-page SEO has been done. Articles has been formatted properly to attain good SEO results.

All you need to do is to publish one article a week on the site to keep it running smoothly.

Sorry for confusing you over there mam. I meant to say that the charges for keeping the site on hosting and domain per year was $60 approx per year. So I calculated it per month as the earnings are mentioned on per month basis. Hope everything is clear now. Please do ask if you have any questions....
