Hello , i'm launching a new service that targets offline businesses , does anybody know where can i find relatively cheap english or french speaking Telemarketing services ? thanks
I have used various telemarketing services over the years and one thing that I can tell you is that they are NOT cheap. Many of them specialize in a particular industry (e.g., high tech, retail, etc.) Of course, it matters as to what you want them to do. Are they simply setting an appointment for a sales rep to then visit? Or are you trying to have them close an actual deal? The amount of training and the caliber of the telemarketer doing the work will increase as you try to have the firm do more and more. The cheapest service I ever found in the U.S. ended up costing about $50 per appointment but that was over a decade ago. I doubt that I could find that deal again. The company that I am recently involved with was paying $500 per appointment last year to a high end firm that would spend a lot of time on the phone with the prospect qualifying them before setting an appointment. I was recently contacted by a firm out of the Phillippines that wanted to charge me $8,400 to have a fulltime telemarketer calling for my company for three months...no guarantee of results, of course. Let me propose another option, though you will have to know how to sell your product and it will involve more of your time managing the process. Put an ad in your local newspaper (or craigslist) for a part-time telemarketer to work from home. There are many stay at home mom's and other out-of-work sales professionals who will respond to a part-time (10 - 20 hours) telemarketing job that they can do on their own schedule and from their own home. Here is New England, I pay my home-based telemarketers $12.00 hour and have no trouble finding good callers. But, I am an experienced sales manager who trains, coaches, and develops talking points for these folks to be successful. If you or someone you know can do these sales management tasks, it can be a cheap way to get some effective telemarketing done.
Thanks a lot for your advice , i can definitly teach them how to sell the products because i called so many times prospects to close deals so i know what scripts work the best for me, i just need to outsource the work . I Would be really happy to find some services for as low as 12$/hr , i need just to find out where to search for such telemarketers , i went through a lot of freelancing sites but i'm not sure if i can find quality workers there !?
No, as I suggested, advertise locally in your geography. Craigslist would probably work for you. However, I have also put up paper flyers in grocery stores, libraries, etc., before the Internet existed and you could do that, too. Have the prospective candidates send you their resumes and hire one or two of the best candidates. The benefit of working with local people is that you can get together for an occasional meeting or training session, though it may never occur.
