Selling SigninPages.com Adsense Site making over $300 a month

I'm looking to sell one of my sites in my network. The site is

SigninPages.com

It was a site I started in April of this year, from that time it has made $1600. The site details the login/Signin pages of some of the most popular services like Gmail and Facebook. The site can be expanded to other services as well which will bring in additional traffic and revenue. The site runs on the wordpress platform and is easy to manage and run. Since the initial build out of the site I haven't really done anything with the site. Hoping to sell it to someone who is willing to build it out further. All the content is unique.

Proof of Traffic

I never installed google analytics on the site but I have used statscounter and can grant access to serious buyers. The site get the majority of its traffic from Bing/Yahoo.

Revenue

The site gets its revenue through adsense, I just have one ad on the site, adsense allows for up to 3 ads, increase the number of ads would increase the income the site generates. Until the sale of the site is completed I have taken down the ad units to prevent accidental clicks/click bombing. However her is a screen shot of the site with my only ad on it.

Payment

I'm looking for $2750 for the site which is about 7 times the current month revenue, but as I stated about more ad units can be added which would decrease the 7 times figure. I'm looking to accept payment through Escrow.com.

Reason for Sale

The reason for the sale is that I'm looking to raise funds for a couple of websites I'm about to launch, I would like to have the capital to market them accordingly. I believe I have covered everything.

Is the revenue based only on adsense?

The only source I use to monitize the sure is adsense. That's what the revenue is listed for. I haven't tried any other methods. Adsense is the platform that I'm most familiar with which is why I stay with them. I hope that helps.

 

for what keywords is this site ranking? im assuming theres a lot of search engine traffic.

 

It ranks for a number of keywords, and yes it does get a bit of search engine traffic.

 

Your site has about 43 pages and you've got 60K+ page views in 6 - 8 months. Thats cool.
