what I mean is, aside from the usual search engines like google, bing, and yahoo. there must be a site, application or a trick wherein I can get the information I want. Probably a keyword to sort google search result.

Anyway, a friend told me to use boardreader.com to search for forum site in a specific niche. Now, Is about.com still reliable to search for blog site in specific niche.

You can type "forum + your keyword" and get some good results. Most forums use vBulletin and you can also use this example search string below:

    intitle:"cooking" intext:"Powered by: vBulletin"

Substitute your keyword in place of the word cooking. Hope that helps!

There are footprints in finding these specific forums and blog sites like stated above and just a piece of advice for you chinesegirl07 don't rely always on other be independent and explore things around you (if you want to excel in your related field) make things worth as you learn.

@KylieSweet - Im not familiar with what footprints means in finding specific forum. I know footprint means in technical terms such as I leave a mark or traces in that website. Is that also what it mean? My apologies if I didnt ask Mr. Google about this question, I started doing this using google and somehow its a bit time consuming scraping each and every site google gives, right now majority of the search result is not the result what I am looking.

So far boardreader.com and the keyword searching is helping me a lot.

I think you need to manually look for forums and blogs that can help increase value of your website in the most effective way.
