You can easily check out the number of likes a user here has received on their profile page or below the user's avatar. Don't you see the "Likes Received" below your's? And if a person shares this information, I am afraid in many cases it would not be valid for a long time as he/she will have more likes down the line. This question is a bit pointless and silly if you ask me.
Yah, that's a much better question than 'how many likes do you have' which has already been asked a million times.
