No. I don't go to gym but i do go for jogging and do some exercise in my nearby park in order to stay in good shape.
I go to the gym regularly. As a health coach Its important for me to stay fit and going to the gym allows me to accomplish my goal but I also feel like working out outside and connecting to nature is also a great way to stay active and get a good work out in. How often do you go?
Don't feel guilty, use this as a motivation to do better. As a health coach I help people understand that there are ways around a busy schedule. Find ways to be active in between work and other activities. Sometimes people think that you have to have a long hour to consider it a work out. Try doing 20- 30 mins. Try the stairs verses the elevator.
If I had three kids I know it will be going crazy and staying super active. Have you thought about maybe doing some work outs with them or even thought about going to a gym where they offer a place for kids while you work out?
I am all about working not only on the body but mind and spirit. Yoga is a great way to balance a three of those things. I am health coach and my focus is on helping and encouraging individuals work on their mind, body and spirit.
