And? What's your point? The title of your link is "53 Sets of Free Vector Skulls for Punk Designs" and the specific skull he used, the designer posted "feel free to use." Don't hate because he's more resourceful than you.
I think the point is the OP stated in his opening post "After contest end I will be the new respectful owner of the images/content" ...well he won't be the new owner will he, the person who originally created the image will still be the "respectful owner".
It is not fair to copy paste some skull and make one prewiev. Be creative and make some unique or not say you are "designer".
You are the designer? I don´t think so. You do not know how to choose colors and text, so... stay away!
And to know I put the skull to see if the buyer likes my idea. If yes, then I'll make my own creation. (that is if I have the time - because he did not specify the time)
